Great way to get some professional information!
What advice can you offer to a person, like myself, who is struggling to get better but has had almost every door closed due to lack of medical? Currently, I wander around blogs, like yours which really help, but leave me feeling very overwhelmed (my efforts seem fruitless with each passing trigger). Ideas? Hope? Anything?
